DAVID W. ENGLEKING MD

Dr. Engleking joined AEGON LTC in 1990 as a part time consultant to the Underwriting Division at the request of Norm Kono. Over the last 17 years, his involvement with AEGON has progressed to Consulting Medical Director with emphasis in claims, in house education as well as special projects.

Dr. Engleking came to the LTC insurance industry naturally by virtue of nearly 15 years clinical experience in LTC. He also has leveraged his clinical background as a frequent speaker at prior LTCIF seminars as well as a defense expert for the industry in numerous litigations.

Dr. Engleking has been an actively practicing physician in Fort Worth, TX for 27 years. He serves as Physician Advisor to Case Management at Huguley Memorial Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the Society of Hospital Medicine & the American College of Physician Executives.

Dr. John D. Nuschke MD FACP

John D Nuschke MD FACP attended and graduated from a 6 year combined BA/MD program involving Lehigh University and Hahnemann University. Dr. Nuschke completed his Internal Medicine residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital center in Allentown. He was selected and completed a fellowship in general Internal medicine and Chief medical residency. Dr. Nuschke joined a 4 man internal medicine group where he is still employed full time. He has served on numerous hospital committees including: medical director of patient care floors, associate chief of general internal medicine, chairman of the quality assurance committee at the LVH PHO. Dr. Nuschke has served in various positions in the 50 physician group practice without walls (MATLV), including president, vice president, secretary, medical director, board member and currently serving as physician education liaison. He has been involved with teaching residents and has received teaching awards. Dr. Nuschke has been honored by being named one of "America's Best Doctors" for the past 10 years. He has received an added certificate in Geriatric medicine and has been selected as a fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Nuschke is an adjunct professor at Cedar Crest College and organizes and teaches a course for pre medical students. He has been involved with consulting and educational events for several pharmaceutical companies.

In January 2006 Dr. Nuschke was recruited to perform the duties of consulting medical director at Penn Treaty Network America. He has been enjoying this new challenge. His duties include educational seminars for the staff, resource information for underwriting and claims as well as chart reviews and medical opinions. Dr. Nuschke has attended the past 2 LTCIF conferences in Las Vegas and Savannah and has found them to be helpful in his new part time role for Penn Treaty.
